The DREAM principle lets you take charge of your life and the direction of your health…It’s easy if you follow a few simple rules.


Proper DIET: consume and enjoy a natural diet (organic lean meats, vegetables and fruits).   Recently, we teamed up with Brighton Weight Loss to help people re-set their metabolic chemistry, lose weight, drop 2 sizes and feel awesome.  We have screenings each week in the office, just ask and we can set you up.  

Proper REST: you should get enough sleep so that you feel rested; generally, the younger you are, the more sleep you require…this is when your body is growing!

Proper EXERCISE: it’s the old “use it or lose it” that your grandma used to tell you.  Exercise is more for your brain than for your thighs.   Look at it as a tool to improve the way your body works, a tool you can use every day.  If you’re not used to exercising, start out s-l-o-w-l-y at first, then work up to your goal. Try walking briskly for ten minutes, twice per day.   YouTube has a great 7 minute workout.  You can do 7 minutes.

Proper ALIGNMENT of your nerve function: make sure all parts of your brain and body get the signals they’re supposed to. You’re body can’t function properly or be 100% healthy if it’s not getting the proper messages from your brain, and vice versa. Check with us on a regular basis to make sure everything is functioning properly.  We can also review your plan for a healthier you…We may be able to give you some Awesome insight!

Proper MENTAL attitude and goals: no great mind ever accomplished its’ greatness without a plan. Write down on paper how you are going to obtain this new Awesome body that you desire.
