Live Your Life The DREAM Principle Way

Diet, Rest, Exercise, Adjustment, Mindset are the word that can lead you to Awesome health and energy.  The DREAM principle lets you take charge of your life and the direction of your health…It’s easy if you follow a few simple rules.

  • Diet:eat a natural diet (organic grains, vegetables and fruits). Don’t be too hard on yourself though; every so often splurge (just a little).  We follow the 5 and 2 rule.  5 days of strictly healthy foods and 2 daysto relax the rules.  You may find that those 2 days become healthier and healthier when you start to feel the difference
  • Rest: you should get enough sleep so that you feel rested; generally, the younger you are, the more sleep you require…this is when your body is regenerating the most.  We encourage cat naps in the middle of the day
  • Exercise: if you’re not used to exercising, start out s-l-o-w-l-y at first, then work up to your goal. Try walking briskly for ten minutes, twice per day. As you feel you’re ready to progress, increase it by five minutes. Once you’re in shape aerobically, try incorporating some light weight lifting and then gradually increasing the weights you’re lifting. You’re on your way to better health and a better life.  As my grandma used to say, “use it or lose it’.
  • Alignment of proper nerve function: make sure all parts of your body get the signals they’re supposed to. You’re body can’t function properly or be 100% healthy if it’s not getting the proper messages from your brain. Get your nervous system checked on a regular basis to make sure everything is working Awesome. You can also develop plan for a healthier you…We may be able to give you some Awesome insight!
  • Mindset: no great mind ever accomplished its’ greatness without a plan. Write down on paper how you are going to obtain this new healthy body that you desire.  Read your plan daily.  What you think about you will bring about.
